Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

Tomorrow is officially the start of Fall on my side of the world! Woo hoo! I wish that the seasons changed here like they do in other parts of the world. Okinawa goes from incredibly hot to rainy every day and it actually does get a little chilly.
Well today I celebrated the start of my favorite season with a festive Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake. Holler.

So to make this glorious pumpkin treat you need:

1 cup liquid (water, milk, almond milk, etc.)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup pure pumpkin

1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

dash of cloves

dash of nutmeg

1/4 tsp xantham gum

sweetener of your choice (stevia, truvia, agave)

ice cubes!!

Blend all ingredients together and HELLO FALL!

That was the highlight of my eating selections today. Now let’s see what tomorrow will bring….
