Breakfast of Champions

This post will contain images of my absolute favorite breakfast ideas….

Vanilla greek yogurt + PB2 + blackberry jam

1/3 quick oats + 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder + 1/2 tbsp almond butter + 1/3 c frozen strawberries

Oikos + 1/2 c Kashi Go Lean + 1/3 c frozen blueberries (thawed)

French toast w/ egg whites & cinnamon + almond butter drizzled on top!

My newest favorite, Oats in a Jar!!


All of these options for breakfast are delicious, hearty and good for you. Healthy living can be challenging at times, but it sure as heck doesn’t need to be boring. I absolutely love breakfast. It is probably my favorite meal of the day! So go make something yummy and healthy 🙂
